The hotel is nice and is convenient for the beach and go to the center is pretty easy because the bus stop is a couple blocks to the hotel ,and if you like the party Tropicana is on the way so you have the beach ,the party and the bus ,whatever you want to do is right there ,the breakfast itā€™s ok ,should be have more variety but over than that I like it

Terriffic stay, amazing location

Great location on Paradise beach. Pool area was beauitful with an amazing view, and day beds were great. 2 minute walk to Tropicana beach club. Rooms were clean, and the resturant was pretty good.

They picked us up at the airport and it was very easy to find their driver. We were very well received at the reception. The rooms are beautiful, clean and organized. The pool and sea view are amazing. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at paradise beach, the staff were friendly & accommodating especially Billy the bar man. The location was perfect, our only complaint was the bathroom facilities in the room. Our shower didnā€™t have any screen or curtain and water went everywhere everytime we showered and then on our last morning we found a cockroach in the room.

Our stay in Mykonos was truly unforgettable, and this hotel played a huge part in making that happen. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The reception team was so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the team taking care of it was exceptionally kind and attentive, really going above and beyond to ensure we had a great start to our day. The view from our room was breathtaking, as were the views from the hotel overall. The rooms were also very comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, with an ATM, a market, and several beach clubs nearby. Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay in Mykonos, and we canā€™t wait to return!

I enjoyed my stay at New paradise, the transfers were very convenient and the staff were lovely. It would be great if there could be a sign if you do/donā€™t want a cleaner as I was woken up from a nap with the cleaner coming in to clean the room. The music was also very irritating until 2am.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the partying but with good sound insulated windows so you can barely hear the club music when the windows are shut. the only issue we had with our 2-bedroom apartment was that the AC unit only cooled the main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom could have used a separate AC unit.

Almost paradise

The location is excellent ā€” perched above Paradise Beach with beautiful views, especially from the room, pool, and breakfast area. The free shuttle service was a big plus: they picked us up despite a flight delay and later drove us to the port free of charge. We appreciated the daily 1L water in the room. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The pool was also great. However, loud music from beach clubs continues late into the night ā€” something to consider if youā€™re not there to party. Our ā€œsuperiorā€ room lacked thoughtful design: very little storage, no minibar, inconsistent style. Other rooms seemed brighter or more spacious. The bathroom had no shower curtain, and there was an occasional sewage smell. The toilet under the rim was dirty. The balcony had a stone bench ā€” outdoor cushions would help. Breakfast was basic and could use more variety. Sunbeds were large round cushions, many visibly worn out. Adjustable loungers with backrests would improve comfort. Also, strong winds can make umbrellas unusable. Staff werenā€™t unfriendly, but we felt less visible as guests, especially as a same-sex couple. Male staff seemed more attentive to young women, and we struggled to get service. A smile or more proactive attention would help. Overall, great views and access, but for the price we expected a more polished and inclusive experience.

The hotel is beautiful; we had rooms with private pools that were the perfect size and temperature with a great view. Delicious breakfast. Quick walk to Tropicana, Cavo Paradisio, and a market for everything from sunscreen to souvenirs. The people were helpful and kind - they even went the extra mile to put birthday decorations and cake in our room!
