Modern bathroom, very clean premises, and very good premises. Note that the location requires a bit of a climb but it is very close to the center and no noise. Additionally, there is a resto next door with 24/7 convenience for anything that you need. Extremely convenient."

The staff were absolutely fantastic — so welcoming, friendly and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. A special thank you to Helena, the manager, who really listened to what I was looking for with our room and did everything she could to make sure our needs were met. Jenni was also wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — nothing was ever too much trouble. All other staff too were pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful, the views were absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was amazing with a great selection each morning. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. The exceptional service from the team really stood out and made our stay feel extra special. We would definitely return and highly recommend Tropicana!"
