There was quiet AC in the rooms and comfortable, beds we slept well. Pool area with loungers and sun umbrellas was well maintained . The staff could've be more pleasant or helpful. "

"Well-appointed, comfortable cabin in a lovely setting. Interior is spacious with kitchen area separated from living area and bedroom. Bathroom is a bit cramped with cabinet overshadowing the sink. Furnishings are in excellent condition and comfortable. Interesting art work on the walls. "

"Whenever I travel to Northern NSW I always stay at Ballina Palms even if I spend my time in other parts of Northern NSW. Andre & his family were having a well earned break and the two stand-in hosts made my time feel very welcome & helped me with my basic requests such as topping up my coffee, tea, milk, biscuits & bathroom amenities on the 3 nights I stayed.
