What i didn't like i was supposed to have a king ocean view they didn't have so they upgraded it to a ocean view smaller beds floor was dirty and bathroom was dirty people was hanging the building and parking lot drug addicts sleep in the hallway people getting arrested just horrible need to be condemned

Las habitaciones están en pésimas condiciones,huele muy mal,hay personas consumiendo drogas,hay cucarachas…totalmente decepcionada de este hotel y de expedía porque venden cosas falsas las fotografías mostradas no son reales a lo que es ese hotel…nunca volvería a ir ahí

I paid for a full week. Three days into my paid for week, a employee as well as the owner came to my room to ask for more money. I had already paid for the week prior! I will never stay here again. Worst place I have ever stayed. Junkies everywhere!!! They work & hang around there. Everyday.

I would absolutely not recommend. This business needs new management. My experience was something i wouldn't wish on my worse enemy. Upon arriving, there were several sketchy individuals loitering outside the office, smoking and I didnt realize until stepping into the office that one of those individuals was the attendant after he walked in after letting me stand there for 5 minutes while he finished his joint. The check-in was horrible. The room they gave me literally had a person walk out as I walked up. I didn't stop them to ask what their business because I automatically assume, it was housekeeping(of course in plain clothes just like the front desk clerk) just doing a last minute rush job to get the room ready. Boy was I wrong. Not only was the person not an employee, but they were definitely not doing legal activities in that room. Lets just say, the beds were unmade and there were dirty towels all over the floor and sink. I went back to the front to let them know that room was unsatisfactory. The second room was worse. It was the same as the first except none of the lights or outlets worked. I told them I would not be staying and that I would like a refund to stay elsewhere. The night attendant(Travis) told me to have Expedia contact him and he would work it out with them. Well after chatting with Expedia while standing in the lobby, they made several attempts to contact the hotel and they let the phone ring without answering. Expedia said they would update me in 24hrs

The overall property is dirty on the outside and inside. After checking in I went to the room. As soon as I finally got into the room, because the door was jammed. I turned on the lights and roaches were running. The room was just dirty in general. I closed the door and ran down to the front desk & asked for a refund. When I made it down to the desk, there was a mother with 2 daughters and one of the daughters was crying because they were dealing with the same thing. The people at the desk didn’t seem surprised at all about what we were telling them.

It was a complete dump dope heads running around everywhere pill hoes and to top it off nothing in the rooms works no hot water or toilets didn’t work

When we arrived check in was ok, then went to check the room and realized the tv wasn't working, meanwhile another couple shows up to the same room saying they also were booked to the same room. After 6hrs and several attemps to get someone to fix the tv or give us a different room, we were told they couldn't fix the tv or replace the tv and couldn't give us another room because they were at capacity. However, the room beside us was empty all night and the vacancy sign was lit all night. We had reserved a room with a balcony and ocean view but got neither. And to top it off the wifi wasn't avaliable the entire stay.

Nastiest hotel ever

This hotel was disgusting and the front desk lady gave me the wrong room continuing to insist that’s what the booking stated. Then the room itself was disgusting it had roaches and looked like it hadn’t been clean in a month. The room looked completely diff than the pictures they have posted. My whole weekend trip with my family was very uncomfortable due to the slum conditions.. it was not refundable or I would have been outta there. A bunch of drug addicts stay on the very bottom floor and just a bunch of weird rough looking people. Would never book again NEGATIVE 10/10 experience. We got towels but no rags .. the front desk person would disappear for hours so wasn’t much help for anything smh. Just the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a good while DO NOT BOOK HERE
