During my stay in Myrtle Beach I stayed here … first it was hard to find and it’s in the cut between two big hotels. When we checked in and saw the room .. it wasn’t like the pictures on the site .. it’s not safe to stay , we literally had to put the chair in front of the to keep the door clothes.. the balcony door didn’t lock and the parking is a block away , we had no beach view and the staff was ok but didn’t really talk or asked if we needed anything .. I only recommend this place if you need to stay overnight on something …

They are under construction and it wasn’t noted anywhere on the site. We booked a two bedroom with two bath and one of the showers/tubs didn’t work. Our room wasn’t very clean dirt/dust all over the floors. Smelled like weed. Hot tubs is under construction, someone has their dog in the pool with them. We did end up getting upgraded to another room and it was very nice and cleaner than our original room.

No where to park to check in! The room was not finished I guess maybe renovation?? Not advertised that way. No linens for bed like comforters or blankets! Very small pool towel from front desk. Property was dirty, pools were dirty, soap bars were so small that you could not shower with them. No shelve in shower or hand bars… as I said terrible. Oh and the refrigerator would not get cold.

Do not stay at the resort!!! They are doing renovations. That they do not tell you about. Also a huge dumpster in the parking lot when you first pull into the hotel. Definitely NOT A RESORT!!! They have caution tape in the lobby. The walls are taped and wrapped in paper in the elevators. There is no restaurant as advertised and no hot tub!!! Expedia refuses to give me my money nack amd I didnt even stay!!!! This hotel.is janky and complete u safe environment ro stay in. Plus constant having the police there!!! (Saw this bc i ended upstaying at the Seacrest which is 2 hotels away) beware and save your money dont even waste your time.

The hotel itself was not in a bad location, but service was not good. We checked in on a Sunday checked out on Friday and they double charged us and we have still not received our money on the day that we were checking out which was Friday. there was no towels in the room we had to ask for them we had to ask for more toilet paper. They didn’t check on us to see if we needed our room clean. We had to put a deposit on using pots and pans from the front desk of $35 which was refunded. The kitchenette had no handle on the stove and they were renovating during the night because we were in our room and you could hear banging from upstairs so I do not recommend this hotel for anybody.

This property is under construction and should not be booking room stays with the condition of the hotel. It’s dirty, tubs have built up black scum around the fixtures, floor tile grout is black, doors are dirty, walls are dirty. Woke up at 430am to a flooded room, found out a pipe had burst and they knew it about it at 230 when a part of the first floor ceiling crashed in the lobby. They didn’t have any emergency maintenance plans in place. They did switch us to another room after I insisted. Pool area was gross. No umbrellas, a lazy river with no floats. Trash in the areas between the neighboring hotel that you could see from the balcony in the room. Would not recommend staying here and had I read the reviews before I booked, I most definitely would not have stayed here.

The hotel was under construction which was not mentioned on the online booking. There were no wash clothes and limited towels because the dryer was not working. The walls had signs on them that stated wet walls. All in all the hotel looked abandoned and dirty because stuff was all over the floors, mattresses in the hall and other things. The rooms were ok the bathroom only had a half of a roll. The hotel was ok for a one night stay for adults. I would recommend taking children.
