It is an older hotel, but they keep it clean and fairly well maintained. Small stove and full size fridge were a pleasant surprise. Very nice view, even though we had partial ocean view. Breakfast was good (not great). Huge bonus - free EV charging next to the breakfast hall.

Bro room was clean great customer service easy checkout, easy check-in parking was OK. Great location near the beach fun activities for the kids fun pool area for the kids. Nice stay.

Dunes Village Resort
Just because your room listing said oceanfront does not mean you will see the ocean. Our room we could only see the pool which was very disappointing; but it was facing the ocean. Listings should be changed to reflect what you will be looking at when you are on the balcony. Other than this, decent ...
