"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. "Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. Coffee and tea supplies, even a biscuit or two. enjoyed my chocolate left on the bed. I had dinner at the bistro, Tuesday night is steak night, and it was cooked to perfection."
