"The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and breakfast had good options. The renovations are okay but not completed. My room needed some drywall repairs and a better seal in the door. The ac unit is older and noisy. Dont take the theme park shuttle bus unless you want to drive around for 45 plus minutes, they’ll tell you it takes 15 minutes to get there though. "The front desk was great! Housekeeping was terrible. Hardly cleaned room. Had to go down to front desk 3 days to get towels and toilet paper. They never even came into room. The resort fees you pay are way too much for the services. Never had a single waitress come by us at the pool and no entertainment except for DJ that just played music. Need better entertainment staff. Water park was a nice perk and many pools to select from. "

"Hotel manager was unbelievably sweet. On Expedia, I didn’t check for how many guests and it was just my husband and I. I totally did not add another guest by mistake. I called a week before and was told everything would be fine with the extra guest. When we came, the manager checked us in and explained why they would prefer how many guests because of pricing. Oh, trust me. That was the last thing we wanted, we offered to pay the extra person but he told us for next time to check how many guests....
