"The TV would glitch off and reset and had to pull the pulg in and out to get service. The bathroom had flies and water mold. The towel on the floor turned Yellow. The front door had a gap under so you could see under. The bed made a sound from the pressure getting on the bed and every toss and turn I made would make a sound. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold. The phone to the office no matter the time just rang and rang and rang. The water pressure in the sink was better then the shower. This was the worst hotel I ever had to stay at based off location."

"Our family absolutely loves staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG! This was our second stay here, and once again everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The entire staff is amazing, but we especially want to thank Alexander and Milton at the front desk, and Viviana and Daniela from the breakfast team. They are always so professional, friendly, kind, and welcoming. Every staff member truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated, and their kindness makes the whole experience even more special. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of two adults, two kids, and two dogs. It is not always easy to find a hotel that makes everyone — including pets — feel so welcome, but this hotel absolutely does. The pools are always so much fun, and the game room is our kids’ favorite place in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the warm service from the staff made it even better. Another big plus is the free and secure parking with plenty of spaces available. The location is also excellent — very close to the Disney parks and conveniently located near Universal and SeaWorld as well. This hotel has become a special place for our family. It is the kind of place where you feel sad when it is time to leave and happy the moment you arrive. We already look forward to our next visit! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for another wonderful stay. We highly recommend it!"

"Only issue I would like to communicate is that the hotel staff at check in. Did not do a very good job explaining amenities pool open/close time water park etc.. They did not explain that there is a shuttle on site that takes you around property. I ubered to IHOP which was a waste of $ there where so many restaurant near with using the shuttle and food options at water park. For the water some of the big slide rides where down and the second day we went back for those rides still where down."
