"We had a two bed cottage. These are basically rental homes, so there’s no room service, but you still have full access to all the hotel facilities. The gym was excellent, as was the pool area. Plenty of space/loungers at all times. We ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food was well priced and tasty. A special mention to the lovely chef, who came out to check on us both times. His genuine enthusiasm to please did not go unnoticed. Excellent customer service right there. There were also lots of other great restaurants close by. All fees were included, and check-in/out was quick and easy at the main hotel. The place was very clean and tidy, and very quiet. The cottages are very well equipped, but I’d liked a safe. Apart from that, everything you could have possibly needed. Plenty of parking was available, again included. I liked the location, but it is south, so close to Disney, but at least half an hours drive to Universal."

"The workers were great. Our room was clean but nothing worked. Couldn’t get the shower to work, the blow dryer was broken and the tv had no channels that worked. Very disappointed we had to change rooms and the tv still didn’t work and the pool was not heated. Ice cold"
