"When we booked the hotel it mentioned a complimentary breakfast but when we arrived all they had was free coffee. Apparently most hotels are doing away with the free breakfast. Not a deal breaker but just be aware. Staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful throughout the entire stay. It's an older property but clean and comfortable. Nice location back behind a McDonald's away from the busy road. "

"Pool was clean and bathrooms clean. Pool staff friendly and there was plenty of seating. No hot tubs, but pools are heated. The space inside the 3 bedroom was fantastic. We loved units initially due to terrible urine smell from someone having pets in prior stay. They accommodated accordingly. "

"Husband and I stayed here for five nights for Disney World vacation. Hotel is a good location for the parks. Be aware that the included bus transportation service to the parks has a very limited schedule. We did not have a car so we opted to use rideshare services get to the parks. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast has hot and cold options and is kept well stocked. All staff that we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Laundry services were easy to use."

"The rooms were clean and staff were nice. The A/C in our room was broken when we checked in and we just dealt with it for a few days because we're a family of 5 with 3 small children and didn't want to have to move all of our stuff multiple times or have someone come into our room during the day while we were at Disney. The room temperature did not get below 73 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 68. On our last night there the temperature rose to 75 and we finally had to be moved to another room. The girl at the front desk said she would reimburse us for all 5 nights of our paid parking(parking at the hotel is not free, $20/night) but I was only reimbursed for 4. Also, there were 2 school groups staying at this hotel while we were there and they both came down for breakfast every morning. Just one of the groups had 300 students(we asked a chaperone). Made for very long lines for breakfast and inconvenienced many other hotel guests. Consider this before booking here. "
