"Check in Staff was amazing! Hanna was very helpful. We got into our room and everything was fine. We had an event to attend, came back and there was broken glass in from of our door. We went to the pool for a bit and the pool is nice. We decided to shower before dinner as we had been outside in the sun amd pool all day and the shower wasn't draining. "I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend"

"Good economical place to stay for a 1 or 2 night stay. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We did have to pay $10 to check in one hour early. The breakfast was what you would expect for the room price. Would not recommend for someone with small children since rooms are small and not much room for kids to move around."

"My room was pretty dirty. Floors weren't cleaned, bed sheets had stains. Also, my TV didnt even have a power cord so I couldn't watch TV. The only good thing I can say about this place is great for location. Close to disney, walking distance to Island H20, and good food spots around. I wouldn't stay here again."

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The floor was dirty, there was mold and hair in the shower tub, the floor tiles were broken and the bathroom door lock was backwards. The worst part was the customer service. They said that I had to wait until the next day to see what they could do. Horrible, won’t ever come back."

"Definitely more than what I had expected. Stopped at a different motel after I’ve seen this one to stay closer in my area. I’m glad it was worth the drive 30 minutes longer and further away from where I needed to be. It’s just like a one bedroom apartment. Everything was really super nice. Use an Expedia was the best way to go for the pricing otherwise it would’ve been an additional hundred dollars. I will be coming back."

"Everything is great, I just don't like the 300 dollar hold on your card when you check in, Everyone don't have it. And they say if you don't have 300 on your card you can't check in. But everything else is good."
