"From the moment we arrived the customer service was wonderful. Only complaint was the shuttle service to the parks. Over crowded and only a few times to come and go. The ride back the driver was over 30 minutes late to pick us up. We ended up just parking the rest of the week. Breakfast was nice each morning. Really close to Target and 7-Eleven"

"Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of space and good food. Pool was big and plenty of chairs. I t little cool for me but we were there late in the evening after long Disney days. Staff were very kind and wonderfully helpful. Rooms were the normal room. Could use more options in transport to airport and Disney parks."

"Everything was great! Staff goes above and beyond expectations! One example… a washa is a tool to use on your face. The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one. Another example, I enjoyed getting up early to go to the patio facing the pool on my balcony. The ground keepers were very noisy one morning, and I told the front desk and the next day I could tell they were...

"Our room was ready early which was awesome. Pool and location are fantastic. 10 min walk to Epcot. Plenty of activities close by and shuttles to parks and Disney springs."

"I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend"

"The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was being renovated. The breakfast was good. A nice selection for a budget property. The night auditor did forget to advise dayshift about my late checkout and was disturbed by housekeeping and the front desk. Not a big deal. Just a training opportunity. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget friendly and clean option for being located close to the parks."

"First off chair and carpet in room was very dirty didn’t sit or walk on floors without shoes. Then room service cleaned room and left door open I reported it but was instead asked how was it left open. Unbelievable. Then said they needed to know cause it was a serious accusation. It doesn’t matter how the door didn’t need a card to open. The beds were comfortable"

"Definitely more than what I had expected. Stopped at a different motel after I’ve seen this one to stay closer in my area. I’m glad it was worth the drive 30 minutes longer and further away from where I needed to be. It’s just like a one bedroom apartment. Everything was really super nice. Use an Expedia was the best way to go for the pricing otherwise it would’ve been an additional hundred dollars. I will be coming back."
