"Check in Staff was amazing! Hanna was very helpful. We got into our room and everything was fine. We had an event to attend, came back and there was broken glass in from of our door. We went to the pool for a bit and the pool is nice. We decided to shower before dinner as we had been outside in the sun amd pool all day and the shower wasn't draining. We ended up missing dinner due to this whole ordeal. I let the checkout staff know of the mess of a one night stay we had, I was told I would get an email and nothing has been received."
