"The Breakfast was only OK and the dining room is really poorly designed and was always crowded but the hotel is lovely- the staff were great and its in a good Location for the Disney parks- free shuttle top Disney parks was appreciated"

"Great hotel. Only suggestion would be to offer a shuttle option to other parks like Sea World etc. Also, it would be nice if shuttle ran after the firework show rather than at 10:00pm, which is when the show starts."

"I did have to pay for parking in the garage. $50 + tax she said car would be towed if not in garage. I think was a scam cause tons of cars was parked there. I THINK SHOULD BE TOLD THIS."

"This hotel is top of the top! The staff make you feel like royalty! Beautiful amenities and such a luxurious atmosphere!"

"Room was clean, but very small. Living room area had no window so was dark. Kitchen did not have dishwasher which was inconvenient. Laundry was available and free but machine was in closet near elevator on floor below, not in unit. Pool was very nice and heated. We travel to Orlando frequently and location was convenient to Grocery and restaurants and close to theme parks."

"Love the proximity to I-4 so I was able to quickly jump on interstate to go to great shopping areas and near Disney Springs and several restaurant options, "

"The hotel was decent definitely outdated , charging ten dollars a day for parking is wild . And then they try and sell you a timeshare the second you check in . House keeping kept knocking on the door at 9 am and that wasn’t cool . "

"The staff was nice soon check in and check out. I will say our room didn’t exactly look like the king size suite. Our bathroom was outdated. In the pictures it was depicted to be more upgraded however the rest of the room was as is. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival as well. Housekeeping didn’t replenish towels they took when they came during the day. There was a cheer competition so lots of noise at night."
