"Beautiful property. But the fact that they have the worst pillows ever is mind baffling. Had to call desk and the ones they brought were still terrible. Not sure how a place so expensive gets such a big thing wrong. Even though they are a Disney family hotel they do not have the good pillows like Disney. "I came into town for a quick one-night Disney trip with my 10-year-old daughter and found this hotel. It turned out to be a wonderful choice. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was spotless from top to bottom. "My wife and I have stayed there many times. Nice clean hotel, well maintained and very close to Disney World. They charge $10 a day for parking, which stinks, but then again, most of the local hotels charge for parking near Disney World these days. The Rosen Inn usually has very good rates."
