"The hotel property appears to be worn. Our door did not fit into the frame property and had to be forced with my hip resulting in a loud bang. Parking was good. Check in was good. Breakfast was very good"

"We booked the accessible room and we were placed right in the front of the property which is great if you have a car bc it’s easy to go places and cut off the time you have to travel through the giant resort. We loved the little pool up front in west village. Our villa was clean and equipped with everything that we could need including shampoo, conditioner, coffee, salt and pepper, tissue, body wash, lotion etc. We thoroughly love this resort!"
