"We checked in at 3:36 and were informed that the room is not ready yet. So we suggested that we would wait until 4pm to check in. The unfriendly counter staff said that it probably won’t be ready until after 430. We didnt get our rooms until 530pm. There was no hairdryer in the room, the conditioner hair and body wash was completely empty. We notified main lobby staff about it. She told us that someone had been sent. "I was in town on business and this is an absolutely terrific hotel on a budget price for families or anybody. Great pool, rooms, lazy river, all the things!! Will stay again for sure. Close to Disney and very accessible."

Then they said I had to go to another desk to get a parking pass, which didn’t make sense to me but I went over there to get the parking pass and it was an entrapment to try and get me to come to some meeting to set up for some timeshare or something of that sort. "I did not get clean room 1 day, not sure way, soap was not been replaced, had tomask for it, pool not available to use, air need mantainence, too loud, like something was broken"

"Everything was great! Staff goes above and beyond expectations! One example… a washa is a tool to use on your face. The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one. Another example, I enjoyed getting up early to go to the patio facing the pool on my balcony. "I didn't have an issue with my stay, only thing is i didn't need the upgrade because the view was a roof. i did have an issue with the toilet it was slightly fixed but besides that it was fine the morning bus driver to the parks was so pleasant and i hate i didn't see him before i left..."

"The value of this resort is unbelievable. While you can tell from the many coats of paint that the resort is aged, it was still clean and updated. Amenities were plentiful and fun!"

"Definitely more than what I had expected. Stopped at a different motel after I’ve seen this one to stay closer in my area. I’m glad it was worth the drive 30 minutes longer and further away from where I needed to be. It’s just like a one bedroom apartment. Everything was really super nice. Use an Expedia was the best way to go for the pricing otherwise it would’ve been an additional hundred dollars. I will be coming back."
