"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. There were cockroaches in the room, and when I reported it, the staff said they would only check it after we checked out, which was not an adequate response. I also requested early check-in and was charged an additional fee. When I asked if they could hold my luggage for a couple of hours after check out, they wanted to charge extra for that as well, which I declined. Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet expectations."

"Good hotel. Pool was cold. No jacuzzi would have been good at night. Very specific shuttle Timing and difficult to order at times. But staff was helpful and credited our ride share transportation which helped a lot. Hotels don’t do a good job replenishing the soap dispensers and it would be good for them to pay attention to that.
