"Staff was friendly and welcoming..especially Calvin. Breakfast was convenient especially if you are trying to make it to the parks early and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool while we were able to sit close enough to watch them. Only 5-10min away from the parks. Great location! "

"We only stayed one night so didn’t really use any amenities. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, they are like a motel with the Ramada name. I don’t agree with paying a resort fee of $20 though. Good location and plenty of shops around."

"Housekeeping, front desk, gift shop, and the store that makes breakfast and other sandwiches, these are the places and employees that we interacted with at the resort. Everyone was polite and helpful and made us feel welcome. Even though we didn’t need valet, they were kind and courteous when we cross their paths. We also left a cooler sitting outside when someone was picking us up. When we came back, they remembered us. The valet attendant had it ready and remembered who we were. The hotel was the cleanest most well kept hotel that I have stayed in, in a long time. The pools are beautiful and well packed. Lifeguards everywhere. Bartenders at the pool were friendly. We had a wonderful time celebrating my son‘s 21st birthday. Would highly recommend!"

"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. There were cockroaches in the room, and when I reported it, the staff said they would only check it after we checked out, which was not an adequate response. I also requested early check-in and was charged an additional fee. When I asked if they could hold my luggage for a couple of hours after check out, they wanted to charge extra for that as well, which I declined. Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet expectations."

"No breakfast available, to even buy- you had to have a car , not catered for people who don’t. Inadequate coffee and 2 measly teabags and creamer only available - very stingy for the price paid."
