"We’ve stayed at the Galleria Palms a couple of times now and would definitely stay again. It’s a very convenient location. The hotel and rooms are quite basic, but not lacking at all. They have absolutely everything you’d need, and are spacious, comfortable and clean. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe and has lots of shops, restaurants and fast food options at its doorstep. The free breakfast is a genuinely fantastic bonus, as eating out every day in Florida becomes ridiculously...

"We stay here often when visiting Disney World. They are suites with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, always clean and very courteous staff."

"Definitely more than what I had expected. Stopped at a different motel after I’ve seen this one to stay closer in my area. I’m glad it was worth the drive 30 minutes longer and further away from where I needed to be. It’s just like a one bedroom apartment. Everything was really super nice. Use an Expedia was the best way to go for the pricing otherwise it would’ve been an additional hundred dollars. I will be coming back."

"When I booked my room I thought I had a queen bed but my mistake it was two double beds. They told me I couldn’t upgrade because they were fully booked, at 1 am I woke up not feeling well and went to the bathroom got sick and went to bed…. I opened my eyes seconds later and seen a bug on my pillow, I jumped up turned on the light and video taped the bug and killed it! It was bloody when I killed it so I knew right away it was a bed bug! I called the front desk and she told me to come to the...

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Really only used it as a place to sleep as I like to be out and about. One thing I didn’t like at all was that they don’t want you to take the breakfast to your room. I personally like to relax when I eat and watch some tv, etc. There were so many people in the lobby and no where for me to sit and a staff member came to tell me I couldn’t leave."

"La chambre est propre, grande et fonctionnelle. Les draps étaient très doux et nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Deux remarques cependant. La base du lit est métallique et cela fait du bruit lorsqu'on s'assoit. Et la clim fait du bruit en continue, même éteinte. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir.
