"The place was amazing as always. I wanted to personally thank Sol because she was kind and very helpful during a busy morning breakfast rush. I was able to find everything I needed. The room was very clean and water pressure was excellent. Ample parking for everyone and the lot was quiet and safe at night. I love coming back to Galleria Palms Hotel and will be coming back again and again!"

"Definitely more than what I had expected. Stopped at a different motel after I’ve seen this one to stay closer in my area. I’m glad it was worth the drive 30 minutes longer and further away from where I needed to be. It’s just like a one bedroom apartment. Everything was really super nice. Use an Expedia was the best way to go for the pricing otherwise it would’ve been an additional hundred dollars. I will be coming back."

"We stayed for 3 nights, just myself and daughter. The breakfast was pretty good, which was one reason we picked this hotel as many others did not offer breakfast. The only issue was, and it’s not a hotel issue, is to get to most of the food places nearby that are within walking distance, is almost impossible without driving. The hotel is on a very busy freeway and there is no crosswalk of any kind. It would be dangerous to walk across. There is a little seafood restaurant and a bonefish grill...

"We were unaware the pool would be closed when booking or afterwards, unfortunately the cost to book elsewhere last minute was exorbant. The fridge didn’t work but it was replaced within 10 mins of calling the desk. The A/C worked well. They were out of milk on the last day which was unfortunate as the kids like cereal. There is construction currently and for those who want to know the pool is supposed to be open in another few days. Everyone we talked to was polite and aimed to be helpful."

"La chambre est propre, grande et fonctionnelle. Les draps étaient très doux et nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Deux remarques cependant. La base du lit est métallique et cela fait du bruit lorsqu'on s'assoit. Et la clim fait du bruit en continue, même éteinte. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. Merci au réceptionniste qui était très sympathique."

"My room was pretty dirty. Floors weren't cleaned, bed sheets had stains. Also, my TV didnt even have a power cord so I couldn't watch TV. The only good thing I can say about this place is great for location. Close to disney, walking distance to Island H20, and good food spots around. I wouldn't stay here again."
