"The experience was excellent. Stayed at one of their suites. It was like an apartment with all the amenities necessary. Very large living room, spacious kitchen with all the appliances that you need except a stove, bathroom also very spacious and clean. The pool was very clean and fun for our kids as well as the lazy river and picked ball fields. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful."

"The hotel offers transfer to Hollywood studios and Disney Springs which are very convenient . The pool is good for some dips a break from the Parks. However only one elevator working for 3 days among the 4 days we stayed at the property."

"My stay was not too cheap o too expensive. I didn't like the fact that I was not told everything upfront. Breakfast was not free. Shuttle drivers were not friendly. I was asked to pay $40 extra to have the room a few hours early. I was charged $150 deposit to be refunded after leaving. I didn't know this was a resort. Also, there was a lot of noise by the pool and the entertainment areas. Some areas in the game room were not clean."

"We loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. Property is beautiful in and out. We loved the location. It was quiet and very safe. The Shuttle service to the different parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios) and Disney Springs was very useful and drivers were super nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again."
