"There is not adult hot tub and the water park closes at 5pm when you aren’t able to check-in until 4pm, so we were never able to go which was part of why we went there. "

"The property itself looked beautiful, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After checking in, I discovered the toilet in my room was not working. I reported it right away and was assured it would be fixed. Later, I was told the issue couldn’t be resolved and that I would be moved to another room. However, instead of being reassigned, I was handed a plunger and asked to handle the problem myself, which was completely inappropriate. When I requested a new room, I was told the hotel was fully booked and the only option offered was a refund. I had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay late at night, which was very stressful for my family. Overall, this was a very negative and unacceptable experience"

"Everything was super nice, breakfast had great options, pool was very nice and loved using the hot tubs! Only thing I didn’t like was at 8am a worker was using loud tools to cut down Palm tree branches, otherwise amazing and will for sure stay again!"

"Property was clean however everything look old and some items were broken. Barcarde was the main reason kids wanted to go here and there was not card available to use until day 6 of our stayed AND we have to pay to get a card to load money and use which didnt last anything. Not worthy. Staff looking around in the pool were mean. Kids took off their life jacket to eat for a minute and they went and collected them right away and put them away even after we told them they just took it off to eat and were going to wear them again right away. "

"I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, our experience was really disappointing from start to finish. The condition of the unit was not what we expected at all. The couch was ripped, the carpets were dirty, and overall it didn’t feel clean. In one of the bathrooms, the floor in front of the shower felt unsafe, like you could fall through it. We also had several major maintenance issues. The door lock didn’t work, which meant we had to leave for a full day at Disney with our unit completely unlocked after notifying the front desk. That’s a huge safety concern. On top of that, the washer broke mid-cycle, and we had to hand wring all of our clothes. We called the front desk for help, and no one ever came to assist. The pool was also freezing, which was disappointing given we were hoping to use it during our stay. Overall, this place feels like it’s just a money turnover with little to no upkeep bare minimum effort across the board. It’s clear maintenance and guest experience are not a priority. We definitely will not be returning."

"Ac worked - but was either freezing or super humid. Not much in between. First room had dirty sheets, so we moved. Second room was stuffy and bed was not comfortable. Decided not to stay the second night. Trying to get a refund, but not looking good. Front desk was friendly enough. Good luck to anyone staying here. "

"The room was clean. Grounds were clean. The air-conditioning worked amazing. Rooms were much bigger than I thought they were going to be. The only issue I had is that Hotels.com has the hotel charging $100 deposit only if you bring pets. However, when I arrived, I was charged $100 deposit. Even though I had no pets. This is very misleading and the reason I did not give this hotel five stars. "
