When i checked in, i went to take a shower and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. The AC doesnt blast to what it should for the temperature it was set at. "We LOVE staying at the Berkley!!! ALWAYS very clean, beds are comfortable, spacious for a family of 6. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is convenient. Our grandchildren love the arcade room and the pool. We have stayed at the Berkley many times and it never disappoints! The Berkley is our No.1 choice when staying in Orlando."

"Practically no information provided at check-in. Did not get the free shuttle service as we were not informed you had to book and reserve a seat a minimum of 48 hours in advance. All the common spaces and elevator were filthy. Took two days to get fresh towels to shower. Food was lukewarm at best. pool was great though."
