"I requested a newly renovated tower king room it was supposed to be “newly renovated” and come with a mini fridge. It had old everything and no mini fridge the shower had several black hairs in it there was pee on the bottom sides of the toilet the duvet cover had a whole in it and it was apparent the night stands on the right side of the bed were not completely cleaned because they had sticky rings maybe from drinks. I know it’s a more economical hotel however I picked newly renovated for a reason and I am very unhappy. I took several pictures of the room and tried to reach out to staff and no one remedied the issues I was told the hotel could not be reached. The room I paid for was not the room that was described in the photos nor did it have the amenities offered "

"Accessible to all other attractions in the strip, the best restaurant Gilley’s, nice to have adjacent/ connecting rooms for big parties, courteous staffs."

"They need to remold there rooms didn’t have a iron or iron board I ask for one they never came to bring me one and one of the mattress one very hard "

"Thin thin walls, can hear everything. Towels and bedding. Clean but well used. Morning desk clerk not the friendlyist. Everyone else super nice. Nothing fancy but isnt horrible!"

"The hotel is very nice, the bar is good as is the food. They also have a happy hour which is cool for a hotel to do. I didn't like that they charge for parking, seems sill to me when there is plenty of free parking around."
