"The room was so convenient to everything, Dunkin’ Donuts right outside the elevator. Staff ever were very friendly and helpful. Valet was free big plus. Valet had such nice people and so did the baggage dept . The staff was so willing to go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as can be every step of the way."

"Hotel is stunning and very clean!! Front desk not too friendly. I did not like how they talked to an elderly man trying to check in because he walked over to the counter before they called him over. Then they were talking amongst themselves about people who do not listen and have they ever checked into a hotel before. I was super annoyed at the comments. If i wasnt there foe a concery i probably would have left."
