"The hotel staff were friendly, the room was fabulously spacious and comfortable. Great location within easy walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Disabled access was a little awkward as the entrance was along a long windy corridor with some tight turns but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Breakfast was superb. We loved it. "The property was elegant but in need of some refreshing. It was very odd to have no contact with staff because I arrived at 5pm. I had to search for a very long time to find where I was supposed to go to pick up my key - there was no signage in the front of the hotel which I thought was the entrance - I just wandered around & finally found where my key was.
