"Everything was perfect except the bad and pillows the mattress where not very comfortable king size bed and it was not comfortable is not very common Every other Holliday inn I have been are extremely good "

"The policy to pay $15 per day to park your car in oversized parking lot in the middle of some vast emptiness seems like an extortion. You can't walk to the hotel so you have no choice but to drive. I pay less money to park in the city. This event has caused me too reconsider booking with Marriott again. The sliding closet door fell off the rail and there was a little mold on the shower curtain."

"The front lobby looks great but the hotel rooms could be better. Although, it’s clean; however, the rooms specially where I stayed could have been improved or renovated. The closet doors wouldn’t close properly unless done certain manner. Bath rooms don’t have exhaust fan, which typically I guess of most hotels and there are old patches and cracks that could have been fixed. "This is a new hotel that is probably trying to reach its sweet spot. It was understaffed (IMHO) and not really fully equipped. They try to tout themselves as "Green" but do not provide containers for recycling cans, glass, paper, etc. Why in the world water glasses are not provided in the rooms I simply could not comprehend. We were told to go downstairs and pick up some paper coffee cups or, if the morning breakfast site was open, we could get plastic. Really? Just how cheap can you be? ...

"Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and quiet."

"My room floor along with the elevators and first floor area around the elevators were dirty. I stayed there for six (6) days and each morning none of the reception desk personnel did not even speak to me let alone say good morning or good evening. Wi-fi was terrible or not working on certain floors which made me have to change rooms a few times."
