"In our room, what I noticed was the bathroom door was creaking and the nonslip pads were ripped off the floor and there were still residues left. Everything else were great from the bed to the staff. Food was great in the buffet and staff were great."

"We booked 2 premier garden view rooms but was greeted with more of a city view and local residents backyards. The property was bigger than expected - but very worn and dated, loved the flowers and trees all around and the various pools. The beach area was ok, sand was rough and packed in - looked man made. "the hotel is in a great location with alot of activity to do within the hotel tower. on the downside, the room is kindda old fashion style so it felt gloomy and dark. My toilet didn't work properly. when you flush it, it spilled a bit of water out of the toilet. And also they don't provide toilet shower so it might be not comfortable for Asian travelers."
