"We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier."

"Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"Excellent location for exploring Delft. Spacious triple room for 3 adults. Great breakfast. Central courtyard area only accessible to hotel guests which is perfect for secure bicycle storage. Very helpful reception staff. If you like fine dining try La Tasca, just off the Markt Platz - absolutely outstanding. "

"Very strange hotel…. Part student dorm, part coworker, part hotel… rooms (at least the one I got) looked towards the inside and was very claustrophobic. Air conditioner did not cool. Staff is very friendly."

"This hotel is located with a tram stop outside and walking distance to the metro and inter city trains. It is a great location and only about four stops on the tram to Wilhameinapleim stop for the cruise terminal. It makes for easy and cheap transport on the tram and train using the OV chipkaart tap on and tap off card. The hotel is very comfortable with a very comprehensive complimentary breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly."

"Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist recht neu renoviert, es gab noch ein paar kleine Baustellen. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker. Der Pool hat einen öffentlichen Kinderschwimmkurs, darüber könnte besser informiert werden."
