"Absolutely loved our stay here in March hotel is great & staff are amazing, so friendly & helpful. Guys on reception were very welcoming when we checked in & our swim up room is huge, love it so much space although water is freezing. Bed is massive & really comfy & grounds are immaculate. Ramadan our room man keeps everything spotless. Food is excellent at all the restaurants & waiters very friendly & attentive. Essam does the best eggs & bacon for breakfast. " Wasn't a great people "

"We were very excited to be staying at the hotel. However, when we got there it was not 5* as advertised it was very dirty and not what we had expected. The places around the hotel were used as storage and were a sight sore. We spent so much money and it really wasn’t worth it. "
