"The resort provides excellent services including f&b, entertainment, activities, tours, cleaning, and many others. A couple of items, however, I would like to mgmt attention. At two different occasions, I noticed the head chef speaking in an abusive and demeaning manners to the staff. One time he called them “are you stupid” where to my surprise the staff kept silent. "Our first-floor room was lovely, with a grand view of the garden. The staff are wonderful everywhere you go, friendly and accommodating. The food is only OK. While they do have a large variety in themain dining room, it is mostly buffet style, and lack-luster. The is a lovely resort and I would probably like to stay again. However, it is getting a little older and I'm sure some of the new resorts are nicer. The price was great for all-inclusive. The Red Sea Beach was pretty amazing!"

"We have stayed at Faraana several times before and have always had excellent service. The ongoing maintenance is very noticeable keeping up their high standards. Food is a good balance. We will certainly be returning in the near future. A big thank you to all the reception staff who remembered us straight away which was very much appreciated "

"Everything was perfect .. except Mangal restaurant, wasn’t good at all! The amount of meat wasn’t enough for 7 people and it was way less compared to last year! Please watch the quality and the serving of this restaurant because I wasn’t happy about it. Also the bar in this restaurant wasn’t good, the blue lagoon drink doesn’t taste at all! The salt restaurant was amazing! Coffee planet on the beach was exceptional"

"Resort molto bello, camere un po’ vecchiotte, ristorante un po’ datato, cibo non eccellente, eravamo in tre e abbiamo avuto problemi di dissenteria. Tutte le aree esterne molto curate e molto belle. Personale fantastico, cura verso il cliente top! Animazione pazzesca! Eravamo al mirabel beach. Piscine molto belle suddivise per fasce di età. Noi eravamo tre l’adulti e non siamo stati disturbati da urla e schiamazzi dei bambini, che invece giocavano tranquillamente nella loro area."

"The hotel is a good bargin for the price you pay. Very hard for sea swimming so your stuck to the pool. Food and beverage is very poor. But again for the amount your paying you cant really complain. I ate all my dinners in outside local restaurant. If with family and on a budget then its ok."

Bardakiler kaba mevcut içkiler dahilinde Long Island istiyorum “ ekstra charge” ne demek ekstra ücret itirazı yapıyorum a tm verelim diyorlar çok kaba ve herşeyi para üzerine kurmuşlar. Ben düştüm siz düşmeyin. Odalar eski sinek dolu her yer ilaçlıyorlar ama yetersiz. Paranıza yazık...

"Very bad experience- i was asked to pay extra 1000 Egyptian pounds on top of my booking during the check in. Rooms are old . Never ever going there again "
