"Our first-floor room was lovely, with a grand view of the garden. The staff are wonderful everywhere you go, friendly and accommodating. The food is only OK. While they do have a large variety in themain dining room, it is mostly buffet style, and lack-luster. The is a lovely resort and I would probably like to stay again. However, it is getting a little older and I'm sure some of the new resorts are nicer. The price was great for all-inclusive. The Red Sea Beach was pretty amazing!"

"The resort was beautiful and well kept with lovely landscaping and modern buildings. The food was delicious in the main restaurant, so much do that we didn’t bother eating anywhere else. There was plenty of variety and they made it a point to change things up every night so it stayed interesting and appealing. The pools and amenities were wonderful and the start was excellent. Reception: Where Christmas Decorations Go to Die You walk in and are immediately greeted by a Santa with demon eyes, surrounded by “festive décor” that looks like it was rescued from a skip. A ripped pillow stuffed with grey fluff pretending to be snow? Honestly, I’ve seen more convincing holiday spirit in a morgue. Then comes the reception staff: a miserable man who slags off guests in Arabic, confidently assuming no white person understands him. Bad luck mate — we understood every word. Bed linen so revolting we slept on our own towels like refugees escaping the plague.
