"We have stayed at Faraana several times before and have always had excellent service. The ongoing maintenance is very noticeable keeping up their high standards. Food is a good balance. "Stayed at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh for 7 nights in April 2026. Beautiful resort, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the 5★ image. Service was inconsistent, staff often inattentive (especially around the pool and evening entertainment), and the food quality was disappointing. Basic touches were missing on arrival (no welcome drink, empty minibar, no robes/slippers), and we frequently had to chase for things like drinks, housekeeping, and even towels. There were some positives — customer relations were helpful, the resort itself is stunning, and a few staff (like Ahmed in the Market Hall) really stood out. The pools are great and cater to different vibes, and it was nice that they arranged a birthday cake for my child. Overall: looks like a 5★ resort, but feels more like a 4★ stay with 3★ service and food. Wouldn’t return."

"Warm welcome from the reception team and easy checkin. Rooms are a bit dated, but spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a seaview room. Fabulous towel art from our cleaner over our 2 days stay and little extras he provided 😊 The staff here are fabulous and cannot do enough for you. Food was so good here, lovely fresh salads,breads, egg station, pasta station, hot buffet selections lunch and dinner, plus Evening Roasts "chicken" "Duck" Fresh Tuna BBQ fish. The Head Chef takes pride in what he provides freshly made pizza is available at the pool and beach bars in the afternoon. Lobby Bar provides fabulous coffee 24hrs a day plus soft drinks. Alcohol served 10am untill midnight. Wine Beer and local spirits. Animation team are welcoming and fun and are always smiling. Beach is lovely with lots of beds again staff bend over backwards to make sure your comfortable, lovely shallow water ideal for children. 3 large pools and a small waterpark are available again the staff ensure you have everything you need.. This hotel is amazing value for money and we would return in a heartbeat. Location is fabulous just a small 15-20 minute walk to the left and your close to shops, restaurants inc Hard Rock Cafe should you wish to explore. Evening entertainment was also provided, starting with a childrens disco then a show, all in all a fabulous 2 day stay..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "
