The property itself was great. Huge area, multiple pools and restaurants, loads of activities and a great beach ! The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely helpful especially the lifeguards. They accommodated our request to move rooms as well so that we could be closer to the main building. Would definitely recommend

Staff were very friendly, the hotel facilities were good, reducing one star because the beds were old and hard. The food was good too but the international buffet was closed for all the 4 days I was there and the Thai restaurant was closed too. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property, absolutely fantastic staff, we had a swim up room which was so wonderful. The food was good, breakfast was vast and varied. The upkeep of the property was amazing. Very happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice areas, nice pool and pool areas. Nice and service minded personnel. The quality of the restaurants were not good. The Mongolian restaurant was good but Indian and Thai were really low quality. The room was not in a great shape. Broken lamps, broken taps and not super cleaned.

The Sunrise resort was pretty much what I expected, so was a pleasant surprise because of my relatively high expectations going in. One thing that could be improved is coffee preparation during off lunch hours. It took 20 min and asking 3 different staff to get 2 cappuccinos.

Positive- The room was cleaned everyday. The young man was respectful and worked hard. The buffet restaurant had exceptional food. The manager outside in the patio area where the music was performed did an outstanding job, always responding to our requests kindly. Good service with the sack lunches- appreciated that the fruits were washed with filtered water. Negative- Horrible check in reception- waited for the room , 45 minutes, yet did not tell us. They did not tell us anything about the place- did not know about the free restaurants and did not know about the free liquor choices.

Above and beyond makes it feel like home and more!

Absoloutly amazing, I’ve been in the hospitality trade at top level and this was right up there for everything. There was only one thing that wasn’t too much of an issue and is being worked on was WiFi as internet was needed to scan for the menu in placate restaurants however they do have menus in case this doesn’t work. Other than that staff were amazing from cleaners to managers, food was amazing and plenty full. Truly amazing place and I can’t wait to return to my second home again and enjoy the comfort and location of it all again.

Great family trip (teenagers)

Really nice hotel, with great facilities. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good food and the speciality restaurants are great once you figure out the booking system. Easy access to beach and safe snorkelling in deeper water for families with lot of fish to see.
