The space comfortably fit all six of us (which is harder to find than it should be), without anyone feeling cramped. It strikes that balance between practical and polished—roomy enough for family life, yet still elevated enough to feel like a proper getaway. We stayed in the “Panoramic Ocean View Suite,” and the view from the living room was absolutely stunning. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re exactly where you want to be—steps from the beach and surrounded by both local gems and popular spots, making it easy to switch between exploring and relaxing. What stood out most was the staff—consistently helpful, genuinely attentive, and quick to make everything feel effortless. We’ve stayed at other residence-style hotels nearby, but this one clearly stands out in both location and overall experience. If you’re visiting Busan with more than four people, this is an easy recommendation—one of those stays that simply works, and a place where you’ll create great memories with family and friends."

"Hotel is ok for its price range. Good breakfast selections. Room quite tight. Bathroom is like one you'll find in a cruise ship. Really tiny. Front desk staff is awful. We're in our 70s. I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. There is a young man, who was obviously more senior, was instructing her how to respond instead of just replying directly to me. She said the hotel only allowed one extra pillow per room. This is the first hotel that we have visited that declined this type of request. "

"The service at this hotel is exceptional — easily the best I’ve experienced. I had a migraine and asked about early check-in. They let me know the room would be ready by 2pm, and while I was waiting in the lobby, a staff member came to find me before 2pm to let me know I could check in, which I really appreciated. There is also a staff member in the lobby who greets guests and helped bring my luggage to the room while explaining the in-room services. I used the luggage storage service twice, and every staff member I encountered was consistently attentive and professional. Cleanliness was top notch. Everything in the room was well organized, including the information sheets. While the hotel itself isn’t particularly modern, it is very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in upkeep — even the public washrooms in the lobby were spotless. Overall, the level of care and service here really stands out. "
