"While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. "I cannot imagine staying at a better ryokan. The property is beautiful and immaculate. The staff ran to greet us on the street and was very welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Flexibility in checkout time by even an hour was not entertained and in general no changes post reservation. Some snacks and drinks were complimentary and a nice tpuch.
