Stayed here for 2 nights.
On the first day, there was a used condom under the trash can. It was disgusting. I asked the front desk staff to dispose of it.
On the second day, when I came back from sightseeing,
the bottled water I had in the fridge,
my personal body towel that I had hung out in the bathroom,
and my personal toothbrush had all been disposed of without my permission😡
There was only the obi of the yukata, and no kimono was placed there.
The corridors to the large communal bath are so cold it feels like you're outside.
The changing room is also cold, and the water is lukewarm.
I feel like I'm going to get heat shock.
The bathroom floor is made of wood and there is no drain.
The shower and shampoo are positioned so high that you can't use it while sitting.
The changing room is so cold that I got cold while drying my hair. There are no chairs.
The front desk staff was nice and helpful but the cleaning staff was awful.
