"This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much but the service was impeccable. Not sure if this hotel is new because it is so so clean. When going to the spa, they send the spa kit (robe and flip flops) to your room. The spa was a great treat after spending a long day on the water. I love the privacy you get and not having to share the sauna/steam and etc with others. The only downside I could think of is the parking spot because it is not on the property. There is everything you need the Hotel is staffed until 22:00 out of hours you access using your Hotel keycard, parking is available for free behind the hotel or on-site for a fee. "First off, the North lake Garda area is spectacular and the view from the hotel balcony is unbelievable. The hotel is modern, but very friendly. Staff are exceptional and the hotel restaurant is very nice for dinner after an active day. I stayed here for a specific event, but will definitely be back to explore more of the area."
