This is the second time staying there. I love that the beach is just on the otherside of the steps just outside of the efficiency. Other than the handsoap in the bathroom being empty and the table and one of the chairs being dirty/sticky (nothing that a lysol wipe couldn't fix) I enjoyed the stay there and will stay there again whenever I am able to return to the area.

Loved staying at the Oceanside court, the ice cream shop across the street was a real hit with the kids and such an easy walk to the beach!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this room is. I booked it because it's right on the beach. It was so nice to walk up a set of stairs and be there. I didn't expect a stove or coffee pot in the rooms. But there was also charcoal for a community grill. We never really saw any staff, but all the info we needed was sent by email. The beds were small, but clean and comfortable. The numbered parking stalls were nice, too. I would highly recommend this place for an economical room on the beach.

Cottage was mostly clean needed to be dusted bad I opened blinds and a cloud just went everywhere and the TV in the bedroom was covered in dust and didnt work at all. The other bedroom didn't have a TV and the livingroom one hardly had good signal to watch anything. Toilet kept getting clogged the first two days there but we finally got it to flush. We've stayed here many times but this year was a headache the staff is always friendly and helpful. Easy access to beach. Wish we were notified that the beach nourishment was happening at time of stay so we knew what to expect. Other than that stuff we had a great time and actually found alot of shells and conch shells!

I never made it inside. The place looked a little scary, There was no where even close to where our place was to park. No ocean view. And looked pretty ran down. Nothing like the picture.

We love this rustic little place with their little cottages just steps from the sand. Beach properties that are older are expected to be a little more rustic than the new ones. However, I did notice some fresh paint, and they try to keep up with the decor which really doesn't matter to me one way or the other. The refrigerator was excellent and they had all the kitchen items that we needed. Linen and towels were great quality. I would recommend getting a sofa and chair for living room that can accommodate anyone over a hundred and fifty pounds. At 125, I felt like I was sitting on a kiddie sofa. Parking specifications need to be more obvious as even with the cottage numbers matching the parking space, we had to have somebody move out of our space a few different days. They were kind about it and clearly did not register that it it was assigned parking. I didn't want our vehicle to get towed from someone's space while we were at the beach. Regarding the captains/superior cottage, it would be great if you put a sign on the outer door that this is a rental cabin because people try kept trying to come in they seem to think it was the rental office. Of course, we had the door locked, but it was quite startling. We had a great time!
