The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. "The Outside doesn't look so nice, this is the first view! But if you meet the Girls by your Check-in, the are so friendly, you see your Room, nice and clean! You can walk in 5 minuets to the Lake Balaton, to visit the Beach, find a good spot to eat and much more. Also the Breakfirst was good, and the parking spot is direkt in front of the Hotel. I would like to Recommend it ! "

"ヘーヴィーズ温泉湖からはやや離れていて、その点は不便でしたが、周囲の静かな環境、向かいにスーパーがあったのは良かったです。 しかし、何と言ってもすばらしかったのは料理です。 一般的に塩味が強いのがハンガリー料理ですが、こちらのレストランの料理はヘルシーで絶妙な味付けでした。初日のグヤーシュも美味でしたが、最終日に魚料理が食べたくなったので、キャットフィッシュのスープとメインを注文したら、本当に堪能できました。"
