"Nice small hotel close to the city center and bus station. Shops and park where you can spend nice time walking is also in vicinity. Breakfast was tasty and staff was nice. The only negative was traffic noise coming from street and also we could here our neighbors in next room talking, mostly through bathroom ventilation. "

Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you. The staff was not polite and it looked like they(3 different employees) were in a hurry to get rid of the customer. Finally, it was advertised that they offer free parking but it's not free. "
