The staff are exceptionally attentive and upgraded me twice. Its better than some high end places I’ve stayed in for a great price - think good rooms, a pool, excellent dining, and close to town.

overall, I was happy with the hotel, the breakfast service. I was not happy however that it took over 2 1/2 hours for the shuttle to come pick me up at the airport as I didn’t get into the hotel till after midnight, after standing in the freezing cold

Way the lovely lady who checked us in was most pleasant and welcoming. In fact she gave us a king room with a nice pool and city view. Room was spacious. AC could have been a bit stronger and there were no towel hooks for the towels. More water available at no charge from the front desk. Or can have water delivered.

With Expedia VIP access i got free late checkout, but nothig else even though they do advertise alot more. The hotel itself was great, very impressive. Very clean and safe. Rooms are great. They offer complimentary airport shuttle to airport which is great.
