I was so impressed by this place. The rooms are perfectly designed, very spacious, they contain everything one might need. The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!

Amazing, in every way. Wonderful place, with wonderful staff and service. Florence from the front desk, Charles and Alfred from security, and Sharon from the restaurant were wonderful and deserve special recognition. The adjacent shopping center and food court was wonderful, as well. I had the best stay and highly recommend Broadwalk Residency. Absolutely the best...

Loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is situated inside of a mall which is really convenient because I went to the grocery store every day to buy snacks :) The room was HUGE! I actually had the 'smallest' room and it was a studio but the bedroom was separated from the living room with a partition so it seemed a lot bigger. The ONLY issue is that the wifi didn't work for a day so I used up a lot of my data. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely top-notch service! I highly recommend this place. Every single staff member here went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate situation (which they didn't need to do, as they were not at fault) Bonus location that they are attached to a mall which makes getting quick items super convenient. Felt safe 100% of the time. As far as the actual stay, the apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and beautiful.

Excellent short stay

The staff were very helpful with information and instructions. It was easy to settle in and all amenities needed were available and easy to access. The residence was very clean and well maintained. It would be nice to have more sockets that accommodate various plug types for ease of charging laptops and phones.

I stayed here for one week and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Every staff member I interacted with—reception, chambermaids, and even the parking entrance team—was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. The location made everything easy. There was quick access to all amenities, and I always felt very safe walking around the area or taking Uber rides across town. Getting to the airport was simple as well, with the expressway conveniently nearby. The hotel staff also treated my fiancée with such kindness and care, which made our stay feel even more special. I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to all my family and friends. Ps as I didn’t use the gym or swimming pool I left my rating blank

Incredible service

During our stay at Broadwalk Residency we had an incredible experience from the moment we arrived to our check out, we were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff and I loved how the check-in process was quick and seamless. The apartment exceeded my expectations the place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. Having restaurants and shopping areas so close was a plus for me. One highlight was the hotel’s heated pool which made it enjoyable to swim in the evening, all along the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. It was a memorable stay.

This is almost the perfect stay in Nairobi. The price was fantastic, but the quality of the apartments is amazing. Extremely spacious and well equipped and within a five mk talk of the National museum. I felt safe walking around in the day, but with limited street lights I tended to uber at night - even short distances. The mall below the apartments has a food court and a well stocked modern supermarket with everything you need to prepare meals etc. the store has a liquor store if you want alcohol for your room. This will be my first place to check for any future stay in the city

The Broadwalk Residency is a great place for both families and solo travelers who seek peace and an all-inclusive type of accomodation. 1. Security: There are multiple sentries at the initial point of entry and there are more once you enter the facility. They are sharp and they recognize who belongs and who doesn't. Your key card will grant you access to your floor as well as your apartment. 2. COMFORT: You will find your apartment to be highly sanitized and beautiful. While in Nairobi, I choose to stay at Broadwalk both before and after my trip to the coast. I had the advantage of staying in two different apartments on two different floors. The experience was the same. There was a balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. There was a full kitchen on both occasions. There's a half bathroom as soon as you enter and a wonderful full bathroom attached to the master suite. 3. AMENITIES: The lobby level, located on the 5th floor contains a well equipped gym. And they have a knowledgeable personal trainer who can improve your techniques and also coach you towards reaching a particular goal if that's your desire. There's also a heated pool on the same floor. From the 5th floor you can also walk a few steps and use the elevator to access the mall which has a grocery store that will have everything you could possibly need. There are two restaurants on the 5th floor. I only ate at the Indian themed restaurant because it was so great for me.
