Well I reserved a swim up room with a bath tub, on arrival we were told we were up graded to a suite( which we didn’t want) It was a huge room king bed in bedroom, 2 twins and an sleeper twin, oh on the second floor and no tub, after much complaining ( the local staff was wonderful) a regional manager said there was nothing she could do , she offered us two complimentary drinks that night, but when we called all that was authorized was 2 beers, we do not drink beer, get to the room, refrigerator doesn’t work, we ask for it to be fixed they brought a bigger one that had to sit on the floor because it didn’t fit in the whole, beautiful mold whole in ceiling above bed covered with duct tape, and the ant problem was a whole different thing. The next day they moved us to another room same as the one we were in and didn’t want, similar condition, not as bad but the furthest room from lobby and bar. Breakfast, hope you like chicken because every warm item on buffet was chicken, I am allergy to chicken, so it was toast and cold cereals for me. We were kept up till 0130 the first night do to barking and fighting dogs, but then the load rain drowned that all out ! No efforts made by regional manager, and I quote,” go ahead and complain to booking company “

Jättebra och fräsch resort med två stora pooler som går hela vägen längs de två hotellbyggnaderna och trevlig personal Minus är väl att frukosten var lite väl liten men kanske den är större på helgerna då de flesta verkar komma till det området
