"Second time I stay at this resort and I love it. This time in like a pod by the lake as rooms were all booked/unavailable. Staff are great helpful and friendly. We noticed some changes as there were new train carrge type buildings. We were curious and went to look and also discover a water park at the far end of the resort we didn't know about this is truly a gem in a rural loction. Great breakfast as before. Room aways cleaned when we arrived back and coffee tea sugar and water replenished. I like this resort it's always first on my list and I hope to be able to book one of the new train carriages on my next visit. The location is great for us as it's not far from my girlfriends house and I know the service there is very good. So util my next stay keep on doing what you do it works very well"

"We've stayed here many times on the way or way back from cycle events. The only downside is there are very few sockets in the rooms. There isn't one for the kettle. We had to plug it in on the floor! The bed was very uncomfortable which I e never noticed before."
