"The glamping tents are very cozy and gorgeous. All facilities were well maintained and accessible. A way to lock the tent when you leave or at night would be nice. "

"You’re paying a premium to stay at this hotel. At over $800 a night, I expected a lot more, and unfortunately it didn’t deliver. Our room had visible water damage, baseboards coming off the wall, badly stained lampshades, holes in the wallpaper, and worn furniture. It was a single king room that was obviously converted from a double queen, and it felt very bare. There was no artwork, no extra seating or furniture, and none of the small touches I’d expect from a higher-end property like bottled...

"This was our second stay and we once again found the atmosphere very inviting and comfortable. Our room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage, we used the common area to meet up with other family members, played games and had a very relaxing time. The Rocky Mountain Soap company toiletries were also a bonus. I highly recommend this accommodation!"

"Beautiful, clean, spacious suite. Comes with two parking stalls which was very convenient for my mother in law to park when she visited. Kitchen had everything you can think of for any kind of cooking. Even a BBQ on the patio was a nice have. Lodge was even close to stores and restaurants. Best location. Very impressed with my stay. Will book again!"

The host (Mark) was very responsive when communication was sent, however there were really no issues or problems so communication was minimal. "Waited in the car for an hour after checking inn online. They want you to check inn online even if you are physically present in front of them !!! Rude & arrogant staff specially towards brown people. Will definitely never book them again in my life. They don’t even know the C of customer service."
