Yunita, the F&B manager was great, and she gave us good recommendations too. Rooms were gorgeous (even though we only slept there) and Mastra (who was looking after our room daily) was funny and proactive. The pool bar staff were brilliant. We can't fault anything there. "The pool and outside area is stunning, the gardens are beautiful and the property is right on the beach front which is amazing, the sunsets every night was a highlight. The staff all very friendly and welcoming. One disappointment was the initial room I was put in I had to change to a different one as there was a smell I believe from the aircon which wasn’t nice. Second room ok. Rooms are big with balcony just slightly worn. The entrance to hotel is great and it only took me 15/20 mins to get to the airport which is also convenient. "
