"The hotel is at a great location with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, room size is good and clean. Must say the staff are excellent, especially the cleaning staff are amazing - one day we went back to hotel while they're cleaning our room, and they quickly finished and apologized to us for waiting, we felt sorry to have rushed them. Only wish the beds are bigger. The only awkward thing is you need to take an elevator from ground to 1st floor, then take another elevator...

"Spacious room with three bunk beds and a living room, but small bathroom with weird sink controls. Room is worn down with some stains and scuffs. Windows are frosted and dirty so best to leave the blinds down which makes the room darker. But location is great next to Namba and Kuromon Market. Breakfast is good but doesn’t change daily and you have to commit to the style of food and time slot in advance. "

"Convenient location near the actions in Osaka. Good verities of breakfast selections each morning. Room was very small which is typically for Japan. Bed were comfortable but pillows not so much - However there's some other available pillows you can asking for at the front reception. Staff were polite and helpful (minimal English)."

"The location is amazing! Can not say anything about that. The staff i did not have any interaction with besides check in so nothing special. I booked a superior triple room with walk in shower and received an accesible room with a bath! The room was ok, large for Japanese standards as it was accesible, but it was on the second floor right in front of the elevator. So noise from the streets, and elevator which did not help! The airco remote was in Japanese so could not turn it on or off, which...

"Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals we won! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"
