Resorts in Namchi District

Charming hotel with excellent and attentive staff, situated within a stones throw from Darjeeling's mall. Rooms are well equipped and even during the bitter winter, they are kept comfortable by providing in room heaters and hot water bottles arrive along with the turn down service.

Very Good

Good and nice staff

Excellent property – rooms, grounds, restaurant and service – with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset from the rooms. Staff were superb; a member of the party experienced a bad fall – without prompting, the staff did everything to make the remainder of our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely a great place to stay.

The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips.

Great customer service and food was excellent. Clean and comfy rooms. Hotel in a beautiful setting and walking g distance to town.

Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.

Wonderful, relaxing stay with extra interest in learning about the growing and processing of tea. Delicious food, freshly prepared onsite. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed the visit to the tea factory and walk around the estate. Make sure you book the airport transfer - price is reasonable and difficult to find for people who don't know.
