"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I am used to just being able to walk out of a hotel on the day I'm checking out. At Levo you MUST go and talk to the front desk and then they will call for a room check. "Very disappointing stay here. Hotel met our expectations, however this service level doesn’t match at all. Our food order was wrong when order room service. They just drop the food without any confirmation. Our bathroom on the first day got clogged, and had someone come in to unclog it. This happened on the first day. "Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere."
