"For a first timer visiting Busan, the hotel is right in the middle of the old town centre and surrounded by markets, both touristy (Jagalchi) and several local market. "買い物するのも食事をするのも立地は最高でした。正面にコンビニもあります。ただ、レジデンスの中のホテルなので入口がとても分かりにくいです。3つのホテルと住居者のいる部屋とが混在しているホテルです。同じフロアに他のホテルの部屋と、居住者のいる部屋とが隣接していました。客室内部は、キッチンと家庭用ぐらい大きい冷蔵庫もあり便利でした。ロフトもある部屋だったので天井も高く、扉で仕切れるコネクティングルームもありそれぞれにエアコンもあり、それぞれの好みで温度調節できる点がとても良かったです！ マイナス点を強いて言うなら、韓国あるあるなのかもしれませんが、バスタブにシャワーカーテンがあれば良かったなと思います。 フロントのスタッフもとても親切で日本語を話せるスタッフもいて助かりました。 リピート有りです！"

"Room is clean and new. However we noticed a leak from the toilet and reported to the staff. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but eventually they sent someone over to do something. The problem wasn’t completely fixed but we were leaving in a day so we didn’t bother. I would think the right thing for them to do if they couldn’t fix the problem was to change us to another room and we brought that up. "
