"the beds are high. Being slightly disabled at this point in my life the bed, while comfortable was difficult to get into. The Water temps in the bathroom were irregular and not quite hot enough to shower, which SUCKED!"

"The hotel wasn't much to look at from the road, but the room was clean and updated. The lock to the room was a little odd and hard to work, but not a deal breaker. Check in staff was great, the hotel was very quiet for being right on route 6, and we were right in thy middle of everything we wanted to do. Great value for the price."

"The room was clean. Has all the kitchen basics. The front desk receptionist was very polite and helpful. Their rules must be followed; otherwise, you'll be charged. Be sure to review all the rules in the folder located in the room."

"The ocean view is unbeatable and the pool room was nice. The only “downsides” are that the room advertised that it slept 5, and in reality it barely slept four. There’s two full sized beds so our family of four crammed in and didn’t get the best sleep. Also, the room did not come with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, or coffee (even though there is a coffee maker and filters). There’s a little sign in there to call the office if you need “anything” but the had already closed (9pm) when we...

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...
