"A fantastic room overlooking the river, with views extending over 270 degrees as we were on the corner of the hotel on the 3rd floor. There was a minor problem checking in as the receptionist gave us a room with a street/trees view, but this was resolved by the senior receptionist who was extremely helpful. Breakfast was not worth the money (24 euros each) but the dinners were excellent. The meals were superb quality and the extras, including bread and gazpacho were appreciated. However, on the third night we weren't given these items but every other table seemed to get them. Overall, an excellent hotel with minor errors from some of the less experienced staff."

"Lovely hotel, great room and staff very polite and helpful. We didn’t use the Spa facilities but we may stay longer next time and use them. It’s a shame the Brothers Grill was closed however we dined across the road and it was very good. Lovely atrium area for a quiet chill with a local fruit beer! What’s not to like? Bathroom in our room was spacious and working the shower out was simple. We stayed during a hot spell with temperatures reaching 30 degrees so the air conditioning was struggling, noisy and ineffective so we slept with ear plugs in. We stayed in room 526 and found that the shower leaked into the bathroom area quite badly. This would not deter us from staying again."

"Very much enjoyed our overnight in Namur. Clean spaces, friendly staff, great rates. Construction on the bar made it confusing to get a drink and late night snack as it was still advertised on the hotel tv. We waited and took a seat in the restaurant only to find out that’s was the only service offered at that time. Other than that and excellent facility."

"Nice location on the river, and although the pool isn't a swimming pool - more of a plunge pool - it was nice to cool off in. We would have stayed there longer but left due to the number of smokers; unfortunately in a courtyard area like that it's hard to get away from other people's smoke! Our room was a little tired - could do with a paint to freshen it up - and we struggled to find enough sockets to charge our electrical items. Staff were very helpful and kindly let us use the garage to park our motorbikes in overnight. It's a 15-20 min walk to the area where all the main bars/restaurants are, but there's a lot going on in the town so it's worth the walk. Barman made a great mojito!"

"The hotel is undergoing a renovation, which is clearly needed, because the room is quite outdated with very old furniture and amenities. I couldn't get the A/C to work, but didn't bother asking about it as the weather was cool enough not to need it. The staff I interacted with was always professional, but one night (around 10:30pm) it took almost 30 minutes to find someone for the front desk to help both folks who were waiting to check in and to help me, as my room key stopped working. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of breads, meats, and pastries. The coffee machine was fine, though I wish there was filtered coffee available for larger portions as I kept having to go back to the machine to refill my cup."
