"MOTORCYCLE TOUR
Enjoyed my stay for the following reasons: Secure outdoor parking for our motorcycles behind a big iron, 24hr locked gate. Very comfortable room with air conditioning. Comfortable bed. UK news channels on the TV. Hot shower and lift to the upper floors.
What I thought was OK;
Breakfast, easy 15 min walk to the historic town for restaurants and bars, quiet safe area.
Problems:
I had to return 5 times to reception because my room key didn't always open my room door; but my friends room was fine.
Beer..... I'm a big fan of Belgium beer but ..... I ordered a beer from the pump and it tasted awful, sour and had a sharp taste; the receptionist put on a new barrel and I believe there may have been pipe cleaner in the system. I complained, and I couldn't drink it but didn't get a refund as the barman said he didn't drink beer so couldn't comment - it also had small particles floating in it. I had the same beer in town and it tasted completely different - very disappointing"
